Is white chocolate and a rare color shih tzu does that make it worth more?
I want a baby girl shih tzu, the breeder says it's the chocolate and white (I love that color in dogs) and therefore unusual color is worth more than the standard. He wants $ 350 for her and she does not come with papers, for some reason ... which says that if he had had papers sell for $ 700 - $ 1,000 ... What do people think?
Definitely not a rare color, but beautiful. No vale worth the additional price for the color, but someone will pay. Did you ask why the puppy does not come with the AKC Regulations.?
